Most people had fun in high school. In fact, maybe they had a little too much fun in high school, because it is coming back to haunt them now. They never got into any serious trouble like getting arrested or anything, but they frequently found themselves in hot water for cutting classes. As you can imagine, perhaps their grades were not the best. They would end up passing their classes, and did graduate, but they were a C student (or worse). So now that they have graduated, many people might think of going to a university, but realize that poor academic performance could be a hinderance to this pursuit. Parents may suggest going to a community college, which would be a good idea to get back into good study habits. But are there other options for those not certain they can handle college? Those who want to pursue a college degree have several options. If a university is out of the question, consider a community college, perhaps just taking a few classes to get your feet wet. If the scheduling of a community college still presents a challenge, try online courses. Online courses can offset typical college costs because of flexibiltiy, and yet you can still earn a college degree, from associates degree programs to bachelor degrees. However, if you do want to ultimately attend an on-ground university, make sure that your credits will transfer. However, you if want to simply pursue a vocational degree or not attend an onground university, an online college may be the right choice for you.
